Creating a Christ-Centred Environment EFG1

  • Engaging with the Making Jesus Real program promotes the life of Jesus Christ on the Early and Junior Years campuses. On the secondary campus, the campus ministry team evaluates liturgies, events and programs to ensure the purpose is Christ centred.
  • Prayer and worship is centred on strongly connected to the Cycles of the Liturgical Year
  • Practices promote a culture of hope, optimism, joy and inclusion that reflects a life of Jesus Christ e.g. St Vincent de Paul Christmas hampers, Sri Lanka immersion, Dress for a Farmer day, Year 9 Damascus program etc.

Embedding the Gospel in Practices and Processes EFG2

  • Restorative practices are incorporated in the College Formation Framework and Behaviour Management policies and practices.
  • Enrolment policies and structures promote inclusion in a sense of community e.g. acknowledgment of country, welcoming of new students.
  • Community professional development and initiatives connect the gospel of Jesus Christ and promote Christian ministry on vocation e.g. Lasallian heritage and formation programs for staff, daily Lasallian reflections emailed to all staff.
